Uniformly spray chemical dustproof penetrating agent on the ground with dedicated spargers and keep the ground wet for 20 to 30 minutes (making sure by actual temperature). During it, low speed scrubbers can be used to help the ground absorb.
After about 1-2 hours later (before materials drying and shining), spray concrete sealing curing agent for the second time.
Before materials fully drying and becoming crystal, uniformly spray water on the ground to wet material and clean the surface with the mop to make the materials completely penetrate into the ground. At last, wash the ground to get rid of residual materials or crystals.
For the second day, check if the strength can reach ideal condition (Notes: the material strength is affected by weather reason; cold weather will prolong strength growth.). at this time, surface strength can reach the requirements (test methods: draw the ground with one yuan coin and no scratching trace; test strengths with rebound apparatus after 3-7 days. ). After the last coating completing, clean the surface thoroughly before materials drying and whitening, get rid of white crystals (the crystals are the normal resultant resulted by sealing curing agent and surface materials), and clean the water with vacuum cleaner.

Cautions
The above processing steps can be adjusted according to different conditions of the ground and the final results.
Sealing curing agent can’t change the smoothness and flatness of the base ground. The luster of the old ground and the grounds with low strength can be decided according to the ground situation, but the strength, hardness, abrasive resistance and other indexes will greatly increase.
Machine pressing ground and wear-resisting ground are polished to appear the luster at once after using chemical dustproof penetrating agent. The effect will be more when using it longer.
Highlight mirror surface terrace is the highest standard, and needs high standard ground, large consumption materials, labor fee and super precise polishing processing step.
